Everyone at reception is a concierge. Call them for reservations, confirmations, cultural recommendations, transportation, and anything else you may need or desire. The Nickel Hotel Concierge has intimate knowledge of downtown Charleston and beyond.

Housekeeping

We offer daily touchups for stays up to one week. Extended-stay guests are offered weekly cleaning services. For any additional needs, please contact the front desk.

Bikes Share

The Nickel bikes are available on a first-come-first-serve basis for exploring downtown. See the front desk to check availability.

Local Gym Membership

The front desk can give you an off-site gym pass to the nearby MUSC Wellness Center which features a fitness center, 25- meter swimming pool and outdoor sports courts.

Wifi & streaming

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi internet access. There is also small Smart TV remote controls access to apps like Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, etc. The Xfinity Cable remote controls cable TV and access to the channel guide.

Valet & Bell Service

Valet parking is available at the front entrance for $50/night per vehicle. Unlimited in and out privileges are afforded 24/7. Please allow up to 15 minutes for the valet to retrieve your vehicle.

Airport Transfer

We’ve partnered with a black car service to ensure your trip from the airport is as luxurious as your time with us. If you'd like to reserve a car, please complete the Transportation Request Form at least 24 hours in advance. Please note: driver availability is subject to change.

Laundry & Dry Cleaning Services

Every room is equipped with a washer & dryer. There are detergent pods included with your in-room welcome kit. We also offer off-site dry cleaning services at an additional charge (weekdays only).
